Mapping Bodies
Painting together!
It made sense that our first work would be created together, a group of survivors reaching out to share our stories.
Zodwa kept us all entertained with her never ending sense of fun and humour as we mapped our bodies together. Thabani giving an ongoing commentary as the image revealed itself. Life hasn't been easy for any of the group, but somehow we all keep moving forwards with joy and hope. These studio days are very precious, we join together as brothers and sisters to create our visual diary of our shared humanity.......and in one of the most beautiful places in the World too..........

I must say that it was a good experience to be painting together as a team,and I am looking forward to more paintings that we will be doing as a group,it is such a great blessing to have them around and bringing out the best in each other and given Rachel the energy that she needs as she continues to lead the process,Tim &Thobani had been amazing photographers
